Ryan T. Payne Sr. is the Founder and CEO of Boys II Men of Business, a mentoring organization based in Battle Creek, Michigan, dedicated to empowering young men ages 12–18 through leadership development, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, life skills, and positive male mentorship.

 

Ryan is passionate about helping young men discover their purpose, build confidence, and develop the tools needed to become responsible leaders in their homes, schools, and communities. Through Boys II Men of Business, he creates opportunities for youth to learn practical skills, connect with strong mentors, explore career paths, and understand the value of discipline, accountability, and service.

 

In addition to his work with Boys II Men of Business, Ryan is a community leader, ordained minister, business owner, youth advocate, and mentor. He has years of experience working with students, families, and community partners throughout Battle Creek. His mission is to bridge the gap between young men and positive male role models while helping the next generation grow into confident, capable, and purpose-driven leaders.
